ELEVEN STYLES understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when this happens, which is why we offer a Full Refund within 14 working days (Excluding Delivery Fee).
All we ask is that the item is unworn, with the original tags attached and packaging included, The item must not be washed.
Please note lingerie is not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
All orders are looked over twice with two different members of staff before being dispatched, all orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
We are sorry to say we can’t offer exchanges, but you can send your item back for a refund and place a new order for a different size.

We cannot process cancellations after one hour once you have made your order - this is due to the fact once an order is placed it goes through to the warehouse and enters the fulfilment queue. For internal logistics and co-ordination purposes - no order can be stopped once it enters the fulfilment queue. As such, please consider carefully before you make your purchase.
